Auto Recloser or automatic circuit recloser is recognized by electric utilities throughout the world as an essential device for achieving their primary goal of providing maximum continuity of electric service to their customers simply and economically. Reclosers sense and interrupt fault currents and automatically restore service after a momentary outage. An Auto Recloser is an automatic medium voltage electric switch which is designed for use on overhead electricity distribution networks to detect and interrupt momentary faults. It shuts off electric power when a fault occurs, such as a short circuit. Where a household circuit breaker remains shut off until it is manually reset, a recloser automatically tests the electrical line to determine whether the fault has been removed. If the problem was only temporary, the recloser automatically resets itself and restores the electric power.
On high-voltage electric lines, 80 to 90 percent of fault occurrences are temporary –such as lightning, wind blown tree branches or wires, birds, or rodents, and by their very nature, remove themselves from the electric line if the power is shut off before permanent damage occurs to the lines. The recloser senses when such issues occur and automatically shuts off the power. An instant later (the length of time may be noticeable only as a lightbulb flicker), the recloser turns the power back on, but if the trouble is still present, it shuts it off again. If the issue is still present after three such activations, the recloser is programmed to consider the problem permanent and it remains off. A power company crew must then repair the problem on the line and reset the recloser to restore power.
The examples of permanent problems include power lines or other equipment damaged by lightning strikes, fallen tree limbs, or vehicle crashes. Reclosers save the electric companies considerable time and expense, since they permit power to be restored automatically, after only a flicker or two. And, for outages that require a repair crew, reclosers minimize the outage area and help the crews to quickly locate the problem and restore power. Consumers of electricity such as residential, business, industrial, and institutional are saved from the expense and inconvenience frequent power outages would cause.

BREAK SWITCH

An “MV break switch” refers to a “Medium Voltage Load Break Switch” (LBS), which is an electrical switch designed to safely open and close an electrical circuit while it is under load, typically used in medium voltage power distribution systems with voltage levels ranging from 1kV to 36kV; essentially allowing for controlled isolation of a circuit while power is flowing through it.
Key points about MV break switches:
Function: Unlike a simple disconnect switch, an MV break switch can interrupt current flow under load conditions, making it suitable for isolating sections of a network while power is still active.
Application: Commonly used in electrical distribution systems, particularly in ring main units (RMUs) to section off parts of the network for maintenance or fault isolation.
Mechanism: Can utilize various arc extinguishing methods like air-break or vacuum technology to safely interrupt the current when opening the circuit.

DISTRIBUTION CAPACITORS

The APS medium-voltage series capacitor for power distribution network is mainly used to improve the terminal voltage of long-distance power distribution lines (11kV, 33kV, 66kV and others) and improve the power quality of industrial sites and residential areas.
Medium-voltage series capacitors are mainly used for long-distance medium-voltage power distribution lines. For example, in 36kV and 11kV power distribution networks, due to the small power load and far dispersion in remote areas, the length of power distribution line is far beyond the conventional power transmission radius. At this time, the gradual drops of terminal voltage in the power distribution line will result in the abnormal operation of residential power consumption and industrial and mining loads. In this case, the conventional parallel capacitor compensation (column capacitor) or voltage-regulating transformer (1:1 adjustable voltage transformer) cannot fundamentally solve the problem, and the compensation effect will deteriorate sharply with the increase of electrical load at the terminal. Medium-voltage series capacitor can completely solve the above-mentioned problems, shorten the equivalent electrical distance, and effectively improve the terminal voltage of the line.

STATCOM

The application of SVC in a high-voltage power transmission network can significantly improve the transmission and distribution performance of the power system. SVC installed at one or more suitable location in the power grid can stabilize the voltage of weak systems, increase the filtering of noise interference, improve the transient steady-state limit, increase the transmission capacity, maximize the efficiency of the existing power grid but reduce the transmission loss. In addition, the installation of SVC system in the power distribution network can also effectively improve the voltage stability of the power distribution network and greatly reduce the voltage fluctuation .
APS’s medium and  high voltage reactive power compensation device (RSVG) adopts reactive power detection methodology of instantaneous reactive power theory and takes power factor and grid side voltage as control objectives, while dynamically tracking the changes of grid power related indicators. The Statcom adjusts reactive power output according to the changes, performance and achieve the operation of the grid with high power quality.
The controller adopts high-speed DSP and FPGA to realize full digital control, voltage and current digital closed-loop and carrier phase-shifting technology, and the signal is transmitted by fibre optics to realize high-voltage isolation and improves the stability and reliability of the whole solution. The H-bridge power module chain composed of IGBT is used as the structure of the inverter main circuit, it has a simple topology and reliable performance and is supplemented by small capacity energy storage elements.
The entire solution is step wave formed of multi-level steps, and the sinewave degree is pure after output reactor filtering. The RSVG can be called a “perfect harmonic-free converter” because it has multiple output voltage levels and better harmonic spectrum capability.

Press Riveting The factory has 2 sets pressure riveting machine to realize the reliable connection of two parts.
Powder coating Our factory has their own painting line that meets the environmental requirements of the government, to provide one-stop metal fabrication for customer’s different requirements. Shot blasting, powder coating, painting and sandblasting is self-owned, and galvanization is outsourced.
Inspection Equipment We have quality inspection process in accordance with ISO9001:2008.
